Haryana: Police on Monday arrested a man who allegedly threw his 18-month-old daughter into a canal. Fortunately, a 'kanwariya' rescued the baby. According to police, the accused has been identified as Balkar Singh, a resident of Pehowa who threw his daughter in the canal near Jyotisar on July 12. Haryana: Police on Monday arrested a man who allegedly threw his 18-month-old daughter into a canal. Fortunately, a 'kanwariya' rescued the baby.
